Stage 2 of New Kardinya Estate Set to Unfold in late 2019
Early civil works are about to commence which will pave the way for the unfolding of Stage 2 of Kardinya’s newest residential estate, The Heights.
The entire precinct, which overlooks Alan Edwards Park, includes 107 house and land packages.
Pindan Realty Project Sales Manager Matthew Smith said the estate had proved popular with buyers keen to snap up a new home in the well-established and tightly-held suburb.
Mr Smith also said the forthcoming redevelopment of Kardinya Park
Shopping Centre, which lies just 250m from the estate, was adding to the attraction
of The Heights.
What do our buyers have to say about The Heights
Kardinya?
Lana Glasson and Christopher Grierson moved into their three
bedroom two bathroom home in March this year. Scroll to find out more what they have
to say about The Heights and the area:
“It’s such a well-established suburb that the traditional blocks
were out of our price range,” said Mr Grierson.
“We wanted a house rather than an apartment but didn’t want to have
to move out really far away; we really wanted to be in this area, close to Freo,
and our families who live nearby but we didn’t think building was an
option until we found this. This is the perfect size, the perfect location
and we like that it’s brand new."
“And it’s such a quiet street. It’s a crescent so
there’s no through traffic and there’s green everywhere, there are
birds everywhere.”
The median price of homes in Kardinya over the past 10 years has averaged 1.9
percent annual growth, above the Perth metropolitan average of 1.5 percent.
The Heights’ double storey display home at 23 Buckingham Crescent is
